Follow the below steps to connect a WordPress domain:

  • Step 1 : Go to your domain's WordPress admin panel
  • Step 2 : Go to Profile under Users
  • Step 3 : Go to bottom of page, you will find Application Password section
  • Step 4 : Give a name to your application password and click on Generate button
  • Step 5 : Open GoPublish add-on from Extensions from google doc's top menu and select Connect domain from add-on menu
  • Step 6 : Enter domain, username and application password generated in the above step
  • Step 7 : Click on Connect button

WordPress Application Passwords improve security and make it easier to connect a third-party service (an application) with your website. Sites running WordPress version 5.6 or higher can easily generate application passwords for their user accounts on the Edit Profile screen. Please follow the below steps to generate an application password :

  • Step 1 : Go to your domain's WordPress admin panel
  • Step 2 : Go to Profile under Users
  • Step 3 : Go to bottom of page, you will find Application Password section
  • Step 4 : Give a name to your application password and click on Generate button

  • Step 1 : Open GoPublish add-on from Extensions from google doc's top menu and select Connect domain from add-on menu
  • Step 2 : Scroll to the bottom of the Connect domain page
  • Step 3 : You can find all of your connected domains with Delete button
  • Step 4 : Click on Delete button for the domain you want to remove
